Returns/Exchange Policy

At High Vibes Reflect, we have put forth extensive efforts to provide our customers with comprehensive information about each product listed on our website, including details about our hand-lettered designs and size measurement guides.

 

Please be aware that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or damage resulting from incorrect garment care. 

If the size is incorrect, we can offer a one-time exchange only (we will cover the shipping costs).

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all design selections, sizes, quantities, names and addresses before placing an order.

 

Refunds and exchanges will not be considered after 30 days from the receipt of purchase*.

 

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please send us an email at customersupport@highvibesreflect.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Details of the issue
  • A photograph of the print issue, fault, or damage

 

We are more than willing to assist you, but please contact us as soon as you notice an issue. Note that refunds are not instant and are processed only on Fridays.

 

Once we receive your email, our team will respond within 2 business days to arrange a replacement, credit, or refund if your order meets the conditions of our returns policy. In some cases, we may require you to return the items before providing a replacement, credit, or refund.

 

High Vibes Reflect reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and may conduct a production and quality check if necessary. If you have received a faulty item, our team will ensure a replacement is shipped as quickly as possible.

 

*If there is a stock delay on your order, and it is not completed within 10 business days of the date of purchase, this exchange period will be extended to 30 days from the day the garment leaves our facility (ship date).
